Program:
• Live "New Construction Event Auction" targeted for
June 29th
• Auction to be held at Westin Hotel, Waltham, MA
• Four (4) week marketing period prior to auction via
numerous marketing channels
with pre-selected "open house dates"
• Published Minimum Bids for all properties
• A minimum of 40 different properties shall be required
by Velocity Marketing before official
"launch" the marketing campaign for the auction. No payments or
commitments required
until minimum threshold attained
Fee
Structure:
• A Buyer’s Premium of six percent (6%) shall be added
to the winning bid as commission to
Velocity Marketing and includes the following:
□ Existing listing broker
commission (up to 2.0%) to be paid out of Buyer’s
Premium
□ If no listing broker,
1.0% to be reimbursed to Seller out of Buyer’s Premium
□ Cooperating Co-Broke
Commission of one percent (1.0%) to be paid out of

• Marketing Expenses of $3,000 per unit to be paid by
Seller for each unit included in auction
□ Marketing Expenses to
be paid to Velocity Marketing prior to commencement of
marketing launch (7 weeks prior to auction; May 9, 2008)

cover staffing, media outreach, public relations,
collateral materials
